- Log in to TOKOK account and enter “Account Center"- “Security Center". Click “Disable" button in the SMS Authentication section;
2.Enter “Disable SMS authentication” page, click “Send code” and you will receive verification code in your registered email and mobile phone, fill in the code received and click “Submit";
3.Reset SMS Authentication please refer to https://help.tokok.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006422394-SMS-Authentication
Note: If your phone is lost and SMS Auth. cannot be changed by yourself, please provide a full-face photo holding your valid ID card/ Passport page and a note written the following information:
Registered Email + Original Phone Number + Reset Phone Number + TOKOK+ Current Date
