1. Generally no retrieval service is provided for depositing wrong token.
2. TOKOK will help user to recover the loss that caused by operating errors with controllable cost, for the recovery requires a lot of human cost, time cost and risk control cost.
3. Please provide your account, token name, wallet address, amount, Txid(very important) as well as screenshot with deposit information, and describe your situation in detail. We will reply in time and determine whether it meets the retrieval requirements.
4. If it's possible to retrieve the wrong token, we need to install or upgrade the wallet software, import and export of the private key. Only highly authorized staff can do it, and it requires a strict risk-controlled review. The whole process will take at least a month, maybe longer, and please wait patiently.
